Engineered Systems and Technology

Announcing the availability of full packaged systems for treating hydrocarbon contaminated waste streams requiring very low or non-detectable discharge limits.

Engineered Dual MX-12 System
MYCELX System Engineers are uniquely positioned to design and supply systems that are tailored to applications requiring: oil separation units, particle filtration, monitoring, pump systems, and other equipment. The systems can be supplied as components, ready to assemble, or as complete turn-key skid mounted units.

Engineered Dual MX-22 System with OWS
Our business relationships with leading water treatment equipment manufacturers allow us to supply complete systems that deal with the most challenging waste streams. Our HRM technology allows us to support our engineered systems with a full performance guarantee.

MYCELX HRM Technology

The MYCELX Hydrocarbon Removal Matrix cartridges utilized in our engineered systems are able to remove hydrocarbons ranging from BTEX to crude oil, sheen, chlorinated solvents, PCBs, organic solvents, pesticides, and organically bound metals. These contaminates become permanently bound to the MYCELX polymer and will not desorb. The patented technology allows the removal of typically 99.9% of hydrocarbon contaminates from any water source or waste stream in a single pass.

MYCELX cartridges bind the hydrocarbons so tightly that the cartridge functions virtually independent of flow rate and contact time. At full saturation there is less than 1 psi of pressure differential across the filter.
